1874 Pattern Gras Conversion, Home Guard?

These converted, shortened and pommel chamfered, 1874 bayonets seem to come under what are called British Home Guard conversions but i have found very little information on them. The condition is very good with the wooden grips having no chips or cracks, brass pommel has darkend from patina, cross guard has again darkened and has a slight coat of rust, top fixing spring is free working. The shortened blade has clear markings to the spine and some slight staining, makers stamps to one side. The scabbard is free of dents and clean.
