French WW2 Infantry M26 Adrian Helmet.

A good all round example with nearly 90% of its original wartime finish, the colour looks green but in certain light its brown, so perhaps a pre war or at least a early war colour and the M15 front badge would also be a good indicator of early manufacture. The inside has the early black leather liner, its size marked in white to the inside 56 and has the makers name printed to the inside crown, Carpentier. The top spine is aluminium and the rivets are brass, the only issue i can find is that the leather chinstrap has been sewn at one end.
