WW1 Combat Helmet.

The outer shell retains a very good amount of its original factory finish with the patina having toned and blended into the finish, id say well over 80% remaining. The inside has more patina with a good mix of original finish. Shell is dent free. The all leather liner system has seen better days with the band being complete as are two of the liner tounges, one has come adrift from the leather ring, no pads present. The chistrap is present but broken from one end and missing its fixing bail, both buckles present. The helmet is maker marked Si 62 to the side and has a number stamp to the crown. Displays very well from all angles.
