British Post War Para Smock, ''Old Pattern''.
Smock is in very nice condition with bright colour to the camo pattern, all fastening snaps are present and in working condition, front zip again in working condition; rear tails is present. Clear tailors label to the inside , made by the firm James Smith of Derby, sized at a medium. There is aname written to the inside collar area.
Now why would a postwar firm make a second pattern para smock example is anyones guess as postwar smocks are usually the first pattern type with sock cuffs, perhaps just a run over of WW2 pattern?
