Late War Quist M42 Helmet Shell.

Scarce example of a Quist made M42 combat helmet thats in solid condition, this is not a relic thats been filled and then sprayed! The outside finish has been done with a professional hand, it has one knock to the top were the metal can be seen, there is another finish underneath but i cannot make out if this is wartime period. The inside has a couple of diffrent colours. At some point someone has scratched the back of the skirt to reveal the ''Q64'' stamp,underneath the Lot number can be seen. Apparently all Quist 42's are marked Q64.
