British Used WW2 German Boot Knife.

This example came to me as i was passing an open garage in the Valleys with a handfull of bayonets, the owner was interestd in what i was doing and then offered me this boot knife that had been hanging with his tools on the wall. The condition is well used, blade has been well sharpened and the cross guard has gone, clear ''W'' letter stamped to the top of the blade. The steel scabbard is in vry good condition with a good amount of its period finish and both spring clips intact. The British webbed frog has been in place for a very long time and in my opinion it might well have been there since WW2 and perhaps used by a ''Tommy'' during the war. Anyway you'll see wat i mean when purchased.
