WW1 German Fernglas 08 and Matching Presstoff Carry Case.

A really nice matching set made by the Munich firm of Rodenstock. The binoculars have over 70% of its factory green finish, this exact finish is also found to the top rain protector. Plenty of marking to the set found along to top arm and tightening screw. The lens caps are without damage and the optics are clear, minor dusting inside, well they are over 100 years old, and the have sharp focus. The leather neck strap is supple and strong. The matching carry case is in super condition with the only damage being a split to one leather clouser strap, clear markings to both rear straps. From the condition i would say its never had a belt through the rear straps as they are very tight against the presstoff body. A super example if i may say so.
