French M35 Tank/Armoured Crew Helmet.
In good allround condition with a good amount of its green finish remaining after what appears to be a clean, nice frontal badge. The leather front padding is complete with some cracking. The inside has a complete liner system with full chinstrap, couple of tounges have damage.
