1943 Deutscher Jugend Meister Award.

Still found attached to part of the British Naval money belt is this well used but extremely rare 1943 dated Hitler Youth award. The condition is as seen in the pictures with loss of the red enamel to the bottom half of the diamond and only a certain amount of its period finish found around the date , the rear has lost its fixing pin and the veteran has mounted the badge to his belf by drilling holes eitjer side and using thread. I cannot find any markings to the rear of the badge. The belt was brought back by a Cardiff naval veteran who was ended up being docked in Bremen at the end of the war, the belt was complete with a number of high end naval awards pinned to the body of the belt, they have all gone now but whats left and seen in the photos is whats up for sale, even with the damage i think it would be near impossible to find another example.
