Bayonet, Finnish 1927/8 Pattern. Civil Guard.

Nice scarce model made by the firm Hackman and produced for the Civil Guard. The blade has minimal staining and still retains a good amount of its factory grain, clear makers mark to one side. The hilt has most of its dark finish being marked ''S'' to one side and a rifle number to the tang ''S96574'' Top fixing button works and there is no oil hole. The wooden grips are nice but have a couple of knocks. The fluted metal scabbard has no dents and has recived a coat of green finish as expected for civil guard bayonets.
