Nice clean book to a soldier who started his military service with 4/Inf.Erf.Batl.304 ending up with 2./JR.529 fighting in Russia, part of the 6th Army on its way to Stalingrad. He was killed at the train station in Briausk on the 21/2/43 by bomb splinter. Found with this book is a 1940 dated photo of Pfau in uniform and visor and a photo postcard of his grave in Russia. The white ''death'' cover to the book has been stuck down.
