The paint finish on this example i would rate at around 80% with the wear having a dark bleed from the metal coming through, one side near the crown has more bleed showing from storage. The decal is close to 95% complete with a certain amount of overall wear but details are clear. All liner pins are tight. The inside liner has seen some action and there is a split to the front edge and one finger has come adrift but still attached to the string, The string used appears to be a shoe lace and in my opinion would be period as the damage and shrinkage caused to the back of the liner, perhaps blood trauma, would strongly suggest. No chistrap found with this example. The back Lot number is 855 and the makers code EF64.
