French 1866 Pattern ''Chassepot'' Bayonet. Matching Numbers.

A very nice piece with a bright blade with minimal spotting, no sharpening or damage to the bayonet edge. One side has an inspection mark and the spine is marked Tulle and dated 1872. Cross guard has its period finish without pitting and has clear sharp stamps including its rifle number that matches the scabbard. Handle is nice with its fixing spring tight and working. The scabbard has has no dents and a good amount of period finish without any pitting.
