British Para Uniform Bits'n'Bobs.

A little set of tropical gear worn by a para who served for 22 years, first tour being Borneo. Ive been buying strange bits of British gear off him over the years as he stalls at a little show local i do, didn't realize all i had purchased had once belonged to him during his service. He served from 1960 till 1982.
You get two jungle green shirts, washed out labels, cut short along the bottom, he told me all his mob use to cut the greens down. One well worn shirt has his para wings and sergeant tapes. His 76 pattern No2 Dress shirt again with wings and tape. Two pairs of well worn Khaki drill 1950 pattern shorts, both dated 1967. Lastly is his 44 pattern belt that's in good complete condition. Sorry no photo as its in the back of the van, it will be added to the package for sure!! The lot could do with an airing as they have been in his attic for years till last Sunday. I do have his Surname and i can forward it on if wishing. The set would make a great tropical mannequin display as all you need to finish it off would be a pair of boots and beret!!
