Boxed First Class1939 Bar to the Iron Cross. Eugene Schmidhaussler.
Box is in very nice condition, inside and out, good solid hinge and working square press button. The unmarked bar has nice sharp detail with plenty of patina, rear has its period hinge and catch. A nice boxed example. All thou no makers mark I belive this bar was manufactured by the firm Schmidhausser.
