Steyer Manufactured Greek Gras Bayonet.

Greek contract Gras bayonet made by the firm Steyer . Condition is very good with the bright blade having minimal staining with just one area of minor water staining to the tip. The top of the ''T'' bar has the legend ''Waffenfabrik Steyer 1881'' as expected for the Greek contract. The hilt has no pitting , has a rifle number and the other side has a clear Greek style ''An'' stamp. Both hilt and dent free scabbard appear to have been stained at some point perhaps by the owner of the pub where this and a couple of more bayonets have just come off the wall.
