White Homefront Steel Helmet. Repair Party. 1940.

Helmet retains nearly 100% of its white paint with a certain amount of wear from use, and clear black letters to the front for ''Repair Party'' The inside has been painted green at some point in its life, no makers details can be found under the layers of paint. The 1940 dated liner is supple and complete and the central top pad has been period repaired using a washer. Chinstrap is complete and clean.
