Imperial Boxed Iron Cross First Class. MM/KO.

A very nice example with the ''KO'' marked cross having nearly 100% of its flat black factory finish to the iron center. The tight frame has some patina and a knock to the beading along to the top above the crown. The back has its period hardware and clear makers stamp under the catch. The box again in very nice condition with some scuffing to the finish and a nice clear rendering of an Iron Cross to the front. Back hinge and front catch are in sound condition. Inside the top white cloth is complete as is the dark blue bottom, cloth hinge has split.
