Imperial Japanese Army Sword Belt.

I would rate the condition as very good with the black patent leather stitched onto the blue canvas backing having a certain amount of wear but no breaks, same goes for the two hangers. The blue backing material again in very nice condition with one split to the material as seen in one of the photos. The buckle has a very nice amount of its finish with just minor staining. All brass fittings are present and both end fastening buckles work.
