WW2 British North Africa Finger Ring.

A very nice WW2 dated white metal ring with a clear 1945 date to one side, the letters to the other side i cannot quite make out but look like...IRHR, but might say Iraq or something else. The front cartouche shows a building next to a mountain over a river? No makers mark or silver content to the inside but id say the shank is made from silver.
