1950's Centurion Motorcycle Crash Helmet.

Centurion manufacture pudding basin style helmet from the 1950's. Helmet appears to have had at least two coats of paint in its life with the patent pulp body without cracks or chips. The leather neck and ear flaps are complete and supple with the inner liner having all the details stamped...The Centurion, patent pulp, Thetford MFG Co Ltd and a British kite mark and code.
I know its not a military item, company made early tankers helmets in the 40's, but i love vintage and i love lids so just in case there's another lid nut out there i will post this one up for sale. Hey! you might even own a vintage motorbike.
