WW2 German 2nd Pattern Tropical Pith Helmet. 1942
Complete period example with the green felt showing signs of use and storage over the years. The green leather trim is complete but split in certain areas. Both side badges are in very nice condition with nearly 100% finish. Leather chinstrap complete and well used. The inside leather sweatband is clean and supple and is stamped with the makers details and date.
