Boxed First Class Iron Cross. MM/L54. Schaueret & Hohfeld.

The cross is in nice condition with close to 95% of its period factory finish to the iron center. The two piece frame is tight. The rear has its period hardware and there is a clear sharp L54 stamp just under the bottom catch. The box is again in nice condition with good finish to the outside and a clear facsimile of an iron cross to the top. Front button is working as is the back hinge. The inside has minimal staining to the bottom, the cloth hinge is complete. Nice set that does appear to be matching.
