WW1 Honourably Discharged Certificate. South Wales Veteran.

The cert recently turned up from a local house clearance, not sure if it was the Newport area so lets stick with South Wales! The actual cert has never been mounted and is still contained in its original delivery tube. Lets say the condition is ''good'' with one rip to a side and some discolor to certain sections. Clear details of the recipient , Morris of the RE, written in ink. Perhaps some research possibilities.
