M40 Double Decal Police Helmet. Q64.

The helmet shell has close to 100% of its rough finish with an overall amount of patina. The bordered Police decal is close to 90% complete with some knocks to the body of the eagle, id say leaving 40% of the swastika under the eagles claws. The Party decal has purposefully been scratched off leaving 25% of the border. All liner pins are tight and unmolested. Inside flat factory finish to the shell is again 100% complete with the shell having a clear ''Q64'' and rear Lot number DN182. The liner is in super clean condition with minor wear to the edge only and a clear 57 size stamp. Liner string is its period example. The leather chinstrap, in my opinion the helmets period example, complete without damage and has a clear late war RBN number. A nice Police example with great finish, super inside and priced accordingly due to the issue with the Party shield and the stain to one side.
