Brown WW1 French Adrian Helmet Shell.

As used by colonial and French Foreign Legion troops this helmet shell retains over 90% of its hand painted finish, the period blue finish can be found in certain areas. Overall the shell is in very good condition with numerous small dents from use. The inside has a brown back and front lip painted in this brown finish with the crown having its period horizon blue finish. Both chinstrap bales are present with the period leather chinstrap. Only needing a front badge to make a very nice display item.
