Imperial Japanese Navy Ratings Naval ''Donald Duck'' Cap.

Well this example is complete folks but has suffered from moth damage over the years and at some point the ''stiffener'' has come through the material at the back. The tally i believe is for the Japanese Yokosuka naval base. I would like to add that this cap is not falling apart, it wont disintergrate once its in your hands folks, its solid and been displayed on my shelf for a number of years as im a sucker for ''relic'' type items!
