Denazified Silver Wound Badge. 1957 Pattern.

Badge survives with close to 100% of its period finish and sharp detail. Rear has its period hardware. I would suggest this badge has had the swastika professionally removed perhaps at the factory corresponding to the 1957 pattern of postwar medals used by veterans.
