British Rescue Helmet, 1938 Dated.

This helmet was once an early army issued example evident by the inside and chinstrap bale color. The black finish i would rate at over 75% complete with an overall mix of rust bleed showing through. Both white letter ''R'' have been hand painted over a stencil, they both rate at over 95% complete. The inside first pattern liner is in complete supple condition with makers details and a clear 1938 date. The original chinstrap is complete and supple.
