WW1 German Steel Helmet. W66.

The period shell has had a number of finishes over the years, at some point someone has removed the top coat to reveal a period WW1 camo finish. The large shell, size 66, is solid without pitting or fractures . The inside liner system is a reproduction, all inner pads present, and the addition of a really old chinstrap, please check photos for more detail. The helmet shell is stamped W66, good size for display and of course for fitting on your ''noggin'' if your a reenactor!
