U.S. WW2 Western G46-8 Fighting Knife.

A very nice example with the clearly marked 8 inch blade having close to 100% of its very dark factory finish. Some spotting from storage and ive just notice one minor rust bleed to the cutting edge. I have not tried to take the bleed out as im a bit of a ''Bull in a china shop'' when it comes to cleaning blades so will leave as is for the new owner.The cross guard and pommel have a good amount of period finish and plenty of dark patina, i must stress the cross guard has a tint wobble. The leather washer grip is very nice with no loose or dry areas, again the top and bottom plastic black and red rings are complete and tight. The period leather scabbard is very clean and supple with a tight and undamaged to fixing strap. All in all a very nice example.
