WW2 British Machete. 1944/45.

The 1945 dated machete made by the firm S&J.Kitchin is in very nice nice condition with the blade mostly covered in a heavy black tar type finish otheer than the cutting edge area, clear maker and date. The black handle has no chips or dents, all rivets present and has a couple of stamps. The leather scabbard again in very nice condition, supple leather and tight stitching. The rear has a date stamp 1944.
