WW1 French Combat Helmet.

As found hanging up in a local French barn this one has a very nice amount of its later over paint on top of the early horizon blue finish. As you can see there is slight rust bleed mainly to the rim and a couple of good bird droppings, not to worry as if wishing this will clean up nicely. The inside has its complete supple liner with one rodent bite and coming loose from one of the side liner retaining pins. Comes complete with its period chinstrap, one end coming loose from the rivet. If wanting a barn find example then you cant go wrong with this example and im sure with a little soapy warm water the finish will clean up nicely!
