U.S./Allied, First Aid Box, 24 Unit and Contents.

The outer metal box has good finish and clear details. The red cross has damage and color fade and made from some sort of tape. The inside has clear instructions and marked ''24 unit Kit'' to the inside lid. The other section has a good amount of its period contents with some additions. Kit would have been used by both US and British armoured forces during WW2.
