WW2 German Blue Luftschutz ''Ordner'' Armband. Welch Regiment Veterans Bring Back.

A nice armband with a chain stitched letter ''O'' to the center for a marshal of events. Two faint stamps to the rear including a 39 date. This and a small group of items i recently purchased from the son of a Welch regiment veteran who brought some items back after the war.
