19th Centuary Belgium Percussion Pistol.

Pocket pistol with turn-off 2 inch barrel, not attempted to remove, stamped with a clear Liege proof marks including to the bottom of the barrel the numbers 6/53 and a concealed trigger. Pistol body frame with nice engraving to all sides. Overall the metal has a certain amount of staining and some minor pitting around the base of the percussion cap area. Cocks and fires perfectly. The wooden ''bag'' butt has taken on a very nice dark patina with the end metal being hinged to take extra caps.
SOLD AS EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 58 AS A CURIOSITY OR ORNAMENT.
