1935 Dated German Black Leather Carry Box. Cardiff Royal Signals Veteran Bring-Back.

The leather box measures 4 x 5 x 9.5 inches and was made by wartime leather equipment maker R.Larsen of Berlin and is dated 1935. Condition is good with just one 3 inch split to the seam on one corner. As for what this box was made for i have no idea but what i find interesting is the side buckle as its the same size and pattern used by R.Larsen during there production of German combat helmets of the period. This and a few items where brought back by G.E.Peregrine after his service during WW2 and recently purchased by me off his granddaughter , please check last photos for details.
