1940 Dated Grey Civil Defence Steel Helmet.

A very nice condition 1940 dated example with over 95% of its grey factory finish. Shell has a 40 date which runs under the chinstrap post and a drill hole through the zero but its there folks. The inside liner is in used condition but complete with a matching 1940 date. Period chinstrap is clean with elasticity. I would say this helmet and components have always been together.
