Troop Ship RMS Orbita Souvenir and 1941 South African Christmas Tin.

Both items are in good condition and belonged to a former RAF member who in December 1940 was sent to South Africa on the Orbital first trip. The Christmas tin has his initials scratched to the front. Items came with a hand written note from the son. RMS Orbita was turned into a troop carrier for the duration of the war and on this first trip in 1940 the convoy was shelled by the German cruiser Admiral Hipper. Woodbine box found inside is empty.
