1879 Pattern Martini Henry Sawback Bayonet.
This example is in very nice uncleaned example with all metal fittings having the same dark patination all over. The 83 dated WD marked blade has a mix of dark patina and its period finish showing through, sharp points to the sawback edge and factory blade edge, no sharpening marks and its original spear point. Marks to both sides are clear. The metal cross guard, knuckle bow and pommel have the same dark patination, top fixing button in working order, inspection stamps along the top of the tang. Both leather grips are complete with good cross hatch pattern with minimal furring to one grip plate only along one side. No scabbard im sorry to say but still a nice example for your ''Henry'' display.
