A very nice example thats in great condition, no holes or snags to the material. The jacket has an interesting pattern to the back that was added to help cool the wearer in hot weather, seen this a couple of times over the years. The inside has a clear tailors label for a shop in the town of Nanyuki in Kenya. The whole jacket does appear to have had a number of coats of ''blanko'' at some point, hopefully you can see this in the photographs.Evidence of Formation patches once worn. Nanyuki Town was a rail head during WW2 for the advancement of Allied forces into Ethiopia and the RAF most forward Air base.
