The buckle has close to 100% of its period finish, minor loss to the high areas, and sharp detail. The buckle's rear has clear stamps with a 1940 date for the Assmann company. The buckle is still attached to its period leather belt that again is in very nice condition with a size stamp to the end. The buckle's keeper has gone.
