1918 Dated UK Appreciation Silver Pendant. From The Boys of the U.S. Army.

A very nice enamel and silver present given by an appreciated section of U.S.Army personnel whilst in the UK, item stamps are British. This was an enamel badge that at some point was turned into a pendant for a lady to wear. Clear inscription to the rear. A lovely piece of WW1 social history in my opinion.
