Large W.A.A.S.C. 825 Coy, S.E.A.C. Burma Star Medals and Paper Work Grouping.

A very large grouping to T/14232547 Cpl Donald Foster who enlisted 16/7/42. I believe his main unit was the RASC with one letter stating Forster left the 19th Battalion E/Sussex Home guard with a certain amount of equipment. There is way too much for me to list but i can give you some details. Paybook with photo, complete but well used, clear details.Numerous letters sent by Forster to his mum and sweetheart including letters sent back, 24 in total. A number of documents relating to service in the WAASC during his time in SEAC and the Far East. Photos of Foster and mates and some local scenes. Diary, first dates from 1940, no idea on content, hard to read. Dog Tags with Fosters details. Family ID cards and some family postwar ration books. His medals, unworn with ribbons and in nice condition. 1915 dated penny, his birth date. I could go on but as mentioned way to much for me to list. Im sure there is plenty of research possibilities with some spare time folks, anyway a nice complete grouping.
