A very nice example with tight two piece frame with a good amount of finish and a small amount of patina, beading has sharp detail. The iron core has 100% of its mat black factory finish, i think its the Meybauer's ''C'' core often found with number 23 marked crosses. The iron center is also slightly loose in the frame, another characteristic of these 23's. Ring has a clear 23 stamp. Comes with its length of period ribbon.
