Zink manufactured ball hinge General Assault badge by the firm Rudolf Karneth with over 90% of its silver finish and lots of its polished highlights remaining. The back has its ball hinge and lower catch but this example in my opinion has never had the fixing pin added. Please check the photos of the ball hinge without its inside pin. This pin would secure to the hinge the larger back pin for fixing to the uniform.
