WW2 Iron Cross 2nd Class. S&L?

Unmarked example thats in very nice condition with a super complete black factory finish to the iron center. The tight two piece frame has taken on a slight darker tone from patina. Comes with a nice length of period ribbon. No ring stamp but am led to believe its made by the S&L firm, i will leave this to the new owner to be 100% sure of maker.
