WW2 German Propeller Tip Memorial Frame with Death Card.

Nice memorial frame made from what appears to be the tip of an aircraft propeller. Condition is very good with nice finish and clear glass. The back has had the original wooden door replaced with a modernish piece of wood. Found inside is a June 18th, 1944 dated, death card to an NCO in a flak unit, perhaps killed during the June 18th American B-17 raids on the Hamburg oil refineries. Frame measure approx 9.5 inches in height.
