WW2 British Army Pay Corps Field Officers Peaked Cap.

Suffering from slight moth damage to the pipping and a couple of nips to the black body material especially to the top. Manufacture is typical of caps produced during WW2 as is the inside label for the firm ''Alkit'', perhaps from around 1943. Chinstrap is in good condition as is the inner sweatband and tightly fitting peak. Size 7 paper label found to the back of the sweatband.
