WW1 British Discharge Paperwork. 5th Battalion RWF. Penmachno North Wales.

Two documents relating to a private David Evans who served with the 5th Battalion RWF from 1915 for 1 year and 255 days until discharged from war service due to no longer being physically fit. Evans was born in the North Wales village of Penmachno near Caernarvon. Both documents where found in his orange Army Form book.
